I was transferred here for the military. We purchased an old Victorian in a great little neighborhood. Even though Hampton is a city of over 145,000, our neighborhood in the middle of downtown has a small town atmosphere. We can walk to all the downtown amenities and my commute to any military amenities is 4 miles at the most. Great location, lots to
