Please avoid this place at all costs!!!!! - 10/7/2019
If I could vote this place ZERO stars, I would!!!! Perhaps 30+ years ago, this place was the best kept hidden secret, but not so much today! In fact, it makes me sad being someone who grew up here with memories of a quaint, peaceful, hometown feel — that is, before a company the size of Boeing (which the city was NOT prepared for at all) decided to plant itself here, along with Volvo, Mercedes, BMW, Google, Amazon, etc. Add all of that up and you have major traffic congestion, massive overgrowth/horrible over-development everywhere you go, road rage like I've never seen before, and no longer a friendly, southern, small town feel. Charleston, sadly, is gone forever. It has been overtaken by money, greed, power, and nasty transplants who prioritize rudeness over hospitality. Bye, bye
