Great Place to Live & Raise Children - 8/8/2007
I've lived in Liverpool for 19 years - moved from Philadelphia at age 27. After getting over the 'culture shock' (the entire county does not have a traffic light!), I realized Liverpool is a place where people are still kind to one another; a place where people honk "Hello" as they drive by; a place where you don't have to worry about your kids when they get on the bus for school.
