Living in Festus Mo - 9/5/2016
Festus Mo is a Great place to live! We have very easy access to the big city attractions yet still are far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Jefferson County has lower taxes than St Louis County so your money goes a little further when buying a home. Jefferson County has a more relaxed country feel. You can find new homes in new developments in a subdivision setting or you can find homes on acreage. Jefferson County has a lot to offer. There are homes in every price point. Luxury homes and starter home. I have lived most of my life in Jefferson County Love it and truly prefer it over St Louis. I have worked as a Realtor in Jefferson County since 1993 and I have seen so many people move to get away from St Louis and they all tell me that moving to Jefferson County was the best thing they did. Obviously, I am partial but I think Jefferson County offers so much more. I have spent most of my life in Festus but I also live in Imperial and Fenton for a while. I just love
