My Home Town - 11/10/2017
I am a 47y/o female who loves this little blip on our countrties vast map. We are a town of about 650, give or take a few. I grew up here, graduated from our now obsolete high school. I did move away for a few years but came back to my home town. I have raised a family here, been married to my high school seeetheart for almost 23yrs, and yes, he鈥檚 from Potomac too! I feel safe in our town. The worst thing I have heard of is what is in all towns across our country, drugs. I have never been a victim of a crime nor has anyone that I am close too. My brother, Aunt, cousins also live here. There are still a few of us die hards that love our little town too much to leave it. We have a couple of nice little parks, 3 churches, a Casey鈥檚 gas station, Jeff鈥檚 automotive, and a post office. That鈥檚 pretty much it, oh I forgot to mention the wonderful people we call our neighbors, friends and everyone pretty much knows everyone and we watch out for each other. I guess that鈥檚 about it.
