Llano - a great place to live! - 6/30/2011
Llano is a very small town with a sign stating you're entering Llano and a post office. There are less that 1400 people living here. It's very quiet, lots of wildlife to observe. It's about a 20-minute drive to Palmdale and a 30-45 minute drive for medical care, hospitals. The weather is quite nice, but it does get hot in the summer -- mostly 90's to low hundreds. It's rare to have any kind of overcast days or fog. (I do miss that.) Lots of sun and beautiful desert
