Ive lived here for 20 years and in the last 10 of those years it has become a great place to live.Schools are great, weather is mild, everything you might need is close by, especially the ocean.The City council is somewhat antiquated but thats no reason to complain.Just move here so we can vote them out in the next election.Fresh ideas are
