Sandwich is one of the oldest towns in the United States and works hard to keep that character alive and well. Population is around 25,000 and is comprised of all age groups and all socio-economic levels. It is the largest town on Cape Cod and has beautiful vistas along the ocean and the Cape Cod canal that has a 17 mile bike/walking path. Many activities abound with community involvement in music and the arts. Most people will say it is one of the most beautiful towns on the Cape. Good quality of life and friendly nice people abound. Nice place to live, a laid back restful place to visit.
