In my opinion, Olivehurst is one of the worst places to raise a family outside of an inner-city ghetto. The drug use and gang violence are everywhere, people live in dilapidated shacks where children run barefoot. There are new, nice housing developments, which have nice houses built since 2004, however the foreclosure rate is one of the highest in the state.
