Climate & cost of living

We get all four seasons in Germantown. Winters are mild with maybe 4" of snow. Summers are hot & humid. This semi-tropical enviroment is why our vegitation is so prevalent. Spring & fall are wonderful. Our housing cost are the lowest in the nation. 400k will get you a million dollar home.
